Returns Information
Return window: 30 days from the day you receive your order.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your online purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receiving it, in original saleable condition, in the original packaging and with all tags attached. Please include a completed returns form.
Your right to cancel
UK customers also have a legal right to cancel an online order without giving a reason, under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Our 30 day return window is more generous than this legal right and includes it, so as long as your return reaches us within 30 days of delivery, you are covered.
How to return
Email sales@cir-cooler.com with your order number to start a return, and we will confirm the return address and next steps. Include a completed returns form in your parcel.
Returns are by post. You are responsible for return postage on unwanted items. For your protection, please use a tracked or recorded service and keep your proof of postage until your refund lands.
Exceptions
For hygiene and practical reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Personalised or made-to-order items
- Pierced jewellery and earrings
- Any item sold sealed, once the seal is broken
- Gift cards
This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty or not as described.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different size or colour, return your original order in line with this policy and place a new order, subject to availability.
Payment of refunds
Once your return arrives, we refund to your original payment method within 14 days.
We may deduct from your refund to reflect any reduction in the value of the goods caused by handling beyond what is needed to check the item, i.e. where they are no longer in saleable condition. We will always tell you the amount and the reason first.
Faulty items
If your items are faulty or not as described, you can return them within the same 30 day window for a refund or replacement, and we cover the return postage. After 30 days, we may repair or replace them before offering a refund.
This does not apply to items we have discounted for a specific fault that was made clear to you at the time of purchase.
Your statutory rights
This policy is in addition to your legal rights and does not affect them. Nothing here limits your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Where anything in this policy would give you less than the law provides, the law applies.
