Circooler Limited Refund & Returns Policy
At Circooler, we’re committed to sustainable fashion and providing products you’ll love. To protect both our business and our customers, we’ve designed this clear and fair refund policy.
1. Refund Method

We primarily offer store credit for returned items.

Cash refunds are only issued for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Store credit is valid for 12 months from issuance.
2. Eligibility for Returns

Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

Items marked “Final Sale” or discounted are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with photos.

We will provide a pre-paid return label and issue a full refund or replacement once the item is returned.
4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

For international returns, we recommend a trackable shipping service. Circooler is not responsible for lost parcels.
5. Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed only if the item is in stock.

Price differences and return shipping are the customer’s responsibility.

If your desired exchange item is out of stock, we will issue store credit instead.
6. Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before shipping.

Once shipped, the order must follow the returns process above.

8. Refund / Store Credit Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, store credit or refund will be issued within 5–7 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless Circooler made an error.
9. International Customers

Returns from outside the UK are eligible for store credit only, unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

Customers are responsible for all international return shipping and customs fees.
10. UK Consumer Rights Disclaimer

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

For faulty or misdescribed goods, you have legal rights to a repair, replacement, or refund.
